Bsoft.fr opens its capital to Visiativ to accelerate its growth and begin a new phase of its development

bsoft.fr, a French publisher of custom web solutions and mobile applications (Apps) and a specialist in digital signature solutions, has announced that it has opened up its capital to Visiativ, a creator of digital platforms for the transformation of companies listed on Euronext Growth in Paris.
This operation will provide bsoft.fr with additional financial resources to accelerate its development, both commercially and technically. Its solutions will enhance the Moovapps catalog and the SaaS offering provided by Visiativ to its 18,000 SME, ETI and key account customers.
bsoft.fr is a French publisher of web and mobile solutions offered in SaaS mode. bsoft.fr has produced more than 120 iOS or Android application modules since its creation in 2010 and dozens of custom mobile applications for numerous key accounts.
In addition to custom application publishing, bsoft.fr has developed expertise in publishing business applications dedicated to reception, guest management, sign-in and dematerialization of attendance sheets, intended for players in professional training, higher education, events, the public sector, etc.
bsoft.fr offers a catalog of 4 proprietary apps: Bienvenue Formation, Bienvenue Event, Bienvenue Access and Bienvenue à Bord. These applications were all created in response to a customer problem, before becoming generic solutions for a wider target. Since their launch, these Apps have been used by hundreds of thousands of people.
Towards new customers, new markets and increased awareness with Visiativ
With a team of around ten people, bsoft.fr expects to achieve sales of €0.6 million in 2021, with strong growth and more than 75% recurring business.
With the entry of Visiativ through an increase in capital, bsoft.fr is acquiring additional financial resources to accelerate its growth. These funds will be allocated to increasing its marketing and sales teams, but also to strengthening its teams of developers to continue to expand its portfolio of Apps and the functionality of its solutions.
Most of the efforts over 2022 will be focused on the evolution of Bienvenue Formation's functionalities.
The partnership with Visiativ will also enable bsoft.fr to win customers in new sectors of activity, by leveraging the Visiativ group's reputation and the 18,000 companies that already use its solutions.
