Uniformity is the operator of competences in the field of social cohesion: social field, services to people, insertion, sport, education and training

Companies, associations, cooperatives, social organizations, foundations, employee trade unions, political parties, works councils and social and economic committees, cultural movements and associations, ... can also benefit from the services of the Opco Social Cohesion as long as these structures are not attached to a professional branch and respect the coherence and economic relevance of the perimeter of the Opco, subject to the collection of funding.

The Opco Social Cohesion takes over, totally or partially, the fields of intervention of the following Opca: Uniformation and Fafsea.
